3. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointments can be scheduled via phone or online. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

4. Payments

All service charges are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards and other accepted payment methods. Estimates provided before service are subject to change upon final inspection.

5. Warranty

All work is backed by a lifetime workmanship warranty. This covers installation defects but does not include damage caused by accidents, misuse, or weather-related issues.

6. Mobile Service Coverage

Mobile services are available in selected areas (currently over 32 cities). Service availability may vary depending on location and technician scheduling.

7. Limitation of Liability

Trust Auto Glass Winchester is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from use of our services. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

8. Use of Website

By accessing our website, you agree not to misuse its content or functionality. We reserve the right to suspend access for violations of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property
